We send, through you, our hearfelt condolences to the families of the victims and share their grief and deep sorrow for the loss of their loved ones in this tragic disaster.

We salute your party's initiatives and the efforts of your comrades in delivering humanitarian aid to the stricken areas and working to save the lives of civilians who are still trapped under the rubble.
